Beau's Restaurant Menu

A menu from Beau's Restaurant in Whistler. The front cover has a phone number and image of an assortment of foods and wines. The menu itself contains choices for salads, soups, hot and cold appetizers, wines, entrees, house specialties, and international specialties. The menu is printed, but the prices have been handwritten. An outer cover made of leather encases the paper components.

Ski Rainbow and Beaus Restaurant

Photographs from Rainbow Ski Village and Beau's Restaurant. Rainbow ski opened in the Winter of 1969/70 and was open five days a week and was catered to beginner skiers it also offered night skiing as well as a lodge for skiers to warm up and get some food in the cafeteria.
In the Fall of 1980 Beau's restaurant was opened by Tom and Betty Jarvis, naming the restaurant after their son. The photos in this collection show many different parts of Ski Rainbow's lodge such as the cafeteria, the ski shop, the rental shop, as well as pictures of Beau's restaurant and bar in the first three years of operation. The collection also has some photos of the outside of the lodge, showing the parking lot, ski runs, and a bombardier snow groomer.
