Lilian Archibald was related to the other Archibald's in Alta Lake in the 1920s (Ernest, Grace, Vera, Dolly), however it is not clear how. She is known to have visited Rainbow Lodge.

Douglas McKay Brown was a Vancouver solicitor. He commissioned the Stanley Park sculpture Girl in a Wetsuit, based off the famous Little Mermaid statue in Denmark.

Eric Beardmore was a pilot with the Royal Canadian Air Force who fought in the Battle of Britain. He was shot-down and injured there. In 1938, Eric Beardmore married his wife, Jean. They moved to Victoria in 1943, where Eric was stationed in coastal reconnaissance for the later war years. After Eric's discharge in 1945, they moved to Vancouver. They had one son, Ian Beardmore. Eric Beardmore was on of the Vancouver professionals who was one of the original directors when Garibaldi Lift Company was incorporated, headed by Franz Wilhelmsen. He died in August 1966.
